How information is used

Analytics information is used to understand readership and improve publication performance. Subscription information is used to deliver the requested investor updates, maintain consent evidence, troubleshoot delivery, and honor unsubscribe or deletion requests.

Service providers and retention

Sanity provides editorial content infrastructure, Vercel hosts the public site, Supabase stores durable operational and consent records, SendGrid manages synchronized subscriber contacts, and Google provides configured analytics services. Each provider processes information for its designated function.

Readable email in the delivery safety system is scheduled for removal 30 days after confirmed synchronization or final delivery failure. Non-reversible attribution and consent evidence may be retained for up to 24 months. Provider logs and backups follow their applicable retention windows.

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message to stop future promotional email. For an access or deletion request, reply to the message associated with the subscription so identity can be verified before subscriber and primary operational records are changed.
